We bake every order the same day it ships. Each muffin is individually heat-sealed in food-grade packaging and shipped in insulated boxes with cold packs to preserve moisture and flavor.

What is the shelf life of Bootylicious Muffins?
Our muffins stay fresh at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, you can refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks or freeze them for up to 3 months.
How long does shipping take?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Please note that we do not ship on Fridays or Saturdays to avoid your muffins sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
Can I customize a large order for an event?
Absolutely! We cater to weddings, corporate events, and parties. Please contact our support team at least 14 days in advance for bulk pricing and custom flavor profiles.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
